The automatic texture monitoring ability allows the user to get a visual verification of the status of the sample under study at any stage of the experiment. Even fully continuous picture grabbing in parallel with the collection of dielectric data is available. -
Two main measurement modes: either run through a frequency program or monitor the dielectric properties at a selected frequency continuously over a certain amount of time. In each mode, complex variation schemes of temperature, DC-bias and amplitude can quickly and easily be programmed.
