Rent a small paradise on the French Mediterranean coast
To let: the lower part of a house with two separate entrances, terraces and levels of the garden.
The house is situated in a terraced pine garden above the beach of the Renecros bay in beautiful Bandol, on the French riviera. The lower part has an inside area of 61m2, divided in two rooms and a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, plenty of dishes, glasses and cutlery, and a washing machine). There are 3 high-quality beds (one retractable during the day) and 2 sofa-beds, 2 bath rooms and two toilets. The living room opens to a large terrace (30m2) facing the sea (distance: less than 50m). The lower part of the garden is exclusively for the tenants.
The house is located 50m from the wonderful sand beach of the Renecros bay, to which boats are not allowed (see pictures in the section “The sandy beach”). You can reach the city center on foot in 5 minutes, making a car unnecessary.
The rent is 850-1100 € per week (depending on season and on the number of tenants). This includes bedding, towels, electricity, water and cleaning after departure. Parking in a closed garage (shared with one other car) can be rented for 50 € / week. Non-smokers preferred (smoking allowed only on terrace). Pets only in exceptional cases.
